Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) : Just Delicious

We all love KFC because of the lovely and delicious quality of being beautiful and delicate in appearance we get to have in this popular fast food joint. The full form of KFC is 'Kentucky Fried Chicken' and it is one of the largest fast food chains on a worldwide level. The founder of this joint was Harland Sanders. He started the first food joint in Louisville in U. S. Later this brand became more popular and many restaurants then came up in different locations.

Kentucky Fried chicken more popularly known as 'KFC' is more into chicken products and makes many dishes made out of chicken. These food items include fried chicken, chicken wraps and burgers and sandwiches. However, the fried chicken is really popular due to the amazing taste and unique recipe that is used by KFC. You will mostly find that people order chicken more than the other items on the menu.

What makes the KFC chicken so special is its blend of eleven herbs and spices. People have so much trouble copying the recipe because they either forget an herb or a spice, or do not put in the right amounts. Now, the original recipe is here with the exact ingredient amounts you need, herbs and all. If you have someone try this recipe alongside KFC chicken, the taste-tester would be totally unable to tell the difference.

In fact, you do not need any special equipment to cook the Kentucky Fried Chicken recipe. You need a deep-fryer or a pressure fryer if you want the crispy texture and moist chicken. Once you cook your first Kentucky Fried Chicken, you will be amazed that you are eating the actual recipe you have enjoyed over the years. Furthermore, since you are in control of the ingredients, you no longer have to worry about excess sodium or trans fats in your food. You will also be avoiding MSG, which is terrible for your body.

The only thing you may have to worry about is word traveling fast about your Kentucky Fried Chicken recipe. Be prepared for everyone in town putting in orders with you instead of KFC!

Ingredients:

- 1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
- 3 cups water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon msg
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 (6 g) packages dry instant chicken broth (Do Not Use Canned)
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup flour

Method:

Cover chicken with mixture of water and salt. Chill in bowl for least 1 hour. Combine herbs, onion powder, seasoned salt, instant chicken broth, and pepper in a blender and mix well. Place this mixture in a bowl.

Add the flour to this bowl. Mix flour and seasonings well. Remove chicken from water, and dip it into the flour mixture coat well. Place coated pieces on a plate for 5 minutes. Pressure cook 10 psi 10 minutes Note: Find the Fines Herbs if you can.

Just try it at your home...and taste it..!!

Chinese Recipe : Veg Fried Rice

Dear Women of the House...!!!

A good way to serve vegetables to your family is the Chinese Veg Fried Rice Recipe. Fruits and vegetables contain the necessary vitamins, minerals, and fiber needed to prevent many chronic diseases. The Chinese fried rice recipe shown below uses a variety of vegetables. Try this for anyone who would not eat their veggies any other way.

Here I am going to add it in both the versions:

Veg Fried RiceVeg Fried Rice : English Version

Ingredients :

- 2 cups Rice
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 100 gms Beans Finely Chopped
- 2 Carrot Finely Chopped
- 1 Onion Sliced
- 100 gms Cabbage Finely Chopped
- 2 Spring Onions Finely Chopped
- 2-3 Green Chilies cut lenghtwise
- 1 tsp Ginger Chopped Finely
- 1 tsp Garlic Finely Chopped
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste

Method :

Pick, wash and soak the rice in enough water for 10-15 minutes and drain. Boil water, add rice and little salt. Cook uncovered on low heat till rice is tender. Take care not to overcook the rice. Each grain of rice should be separate.

When rice is done, drain and add soom cold water and drain again using a large seive and set aside. Heat oil in a kadhai / large pan and stir fry all the chopped vegetables. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Take care that vegetables are not overdone, they should be crisp.

Mix salt and pepper to taste. Add the cooked rice and mix well. Now mix the soya sauce to it.
Cook the chinese fried rice for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.

Veg Fried Rice (व्हेज फ़्राईड राईस) : Marathi Version

साहित्य :

- २५० ग्रँम बासमती तांदूळ
- ५० ग्रँम गाजर
- ५० ग्रँम फरसबीन
- ५० ग्रँम हिरवे वाटाणे
- १ हिरवी सिमला मिरची
- २ टी स्पून मिरे पूड़
- १ टेबल स्पून सोया साँस
- बारीक चिरलेली कांद्याची पात वरून टाकायला
- तेल
- मीठ

कृति :

गाजराचे चौकोनी तुकडे करावेत. फरस बीन सिमला मिरचीचे पातळ काप करावेत. सर्व भाज्या धुवून-शिजवून त्यातील पानी निथळून बाजूला ठेवावा. तांदळात मीठ टाकून शिजवून थंड करून ठेवावा. कढईत तेल घालून त्यात भात घालून सर्व भाज्या - मीठ मिरेपूड, सोया सॉस घालून नीट टॉस करून मिक्स करावे. कांदा पात मिक्स करून थोड़ी कांदा पात वाढवताना वरून टाकून सर्व करावे. तांदूळ शिजवताना भाज्यांचे पाणी वापरल्यास छान वेगळी चव येते. बघा एकदा प्रयत्न करून आणि जर आवडले तर तुमचा अभिप्राय जरूर कळवा.

P.S. : Please keep in mind that both English and Marathi Version are different. Intentionally I put two differnet taste for those who loved Veg Fried Rice.

Chinese Recipe : Veg Clear Soup

Dear Women of the House, as we know that the usual backbones of a typical Chinese recipe include vegetables, noodles, rice and tofu. Many of us seem to realize that the Indian Chinese cuisine has less to offer to vegetarians, but it is not true. In fact, cooked through a variety of methods and with different sauces, each recipe offers a unique flavour to its enjoy.

In view of Chinese Recipe I would like to present Veg Clear Soup here in both English and Marathi Versions.

Veg Clear Soup : English Version

Ingredients : (For 2 servings)

Carrot - 1/4 (finely chopped)
Beans - 4 (finely chopped)
Cabbage - 3 tbsp's (finely chopped)
Onion - 1/4 (finely sliced)
Water - 2 cup's
Corn Flour - 2 tsp's (mix it with 5 tsp's of water)
Spring onion's - 2 tsp's (finely chopped)
Ghee - 1/4 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Aji-na-motto - a pinch

Method:

Heat Ghee in a Bowl, add sliced onion and saute it. Add all the vegetables (carrot, beans & cabbage) to the bowl and saute them. Add 2 cup's of water to the bowl and let the vegetables get half cooked. Mix the corn flour with 5 tsp's of water without any lump's. add the corn flour starch to the bowl and mix well.

Add salt to taste, and aji-na-moto a pinch and let the soup sit in the stove in slow flame. Add Spring onions and pepper powder. when the soup get's little thicker, remove from the flame and serve. Even you can serve it with breadstick's or with spiced corn flake's.

Veg Clear Soup (व्हेज क्लिअर सूप) : Marathi Version

२ बेबिकोर्न,
२० ग्रँम गाजर
१५ ग्रँम ब्रोकोली
२० ग्रँम मशरूम
१ वाटी पालक चिरलेली
२० ग्रँम फ़्लाँवर (किंवा कोणतीही सीझनल भाजी वापरली तरी हरकत नाही)
मीठ
१ टेबल स्पून राईस (यलो) वाईं
१ टी स्पून पांढरी मिरी पूड
टोमँटो साँस २ टेबल स्पून

कृति :

पालक सोडून सर्व भाज्या शिजवाव्या. नंतर त्यात पालक, मीठ, मिरी पूड़ घालावे. राईस (यलो) वाइन टोमँटो साँस घालून मिक्स करून बाउलमध्ये गरमागरम सर्व करावे.

English Version मधील रेसिपी आणि Marathi Version मधील रेसिपी मधे बराच फरक आहे. तरीही त्याची येणारी चव ही तुम्हां सर्वांना बरेच काही देऊन जाईल यात शंका नाही.
