Non vej cutlet receipe

🧾 Ingredients:

  • Egg – 1 (beaten, for coating)
  • Oil – 1-2 tsp (for brushing)

  1. Make the Mixture:

    • Mix shredded chicken, mashed potato, onion, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and salt.
    • Add a little bread crumbs for binding if needed.
    • Shape into oval or round cutlets.
  2. Coat the Cutlets:

    • Dip each cutlet in the beaten egg.
    • Roll in bread crumbs to coat well.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer:

    • Preheat at 180°C (350°F) for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Air Fry the Cutlets:

    • Place cutlets in the basket. Do not overcrowd.
    • Brush or spray with a little oil.
    • Air fry at 180°C for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway and brushing again lightly.
  5. Check for Golden Crisp:

    • Cutlets should be golden and crispy on both sides.

  • 2 tbsp oats or besan (for binding)
  • Bread crumbs (for coating)

Method: Same as above. Make small cutlets and air fry for 12–15 mins at 180°C.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup grated paneer
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • Chopped coriander, chili, and spices
  • Bread crumbs

Method: Mix, shape, coat, and air fry for 10 minutes. Flip and air fry for another 5 minutes.
