Here are some delicious and popular Korean recipes you can try at home:


ЁЯев 1. Bibimbap (Mixed Rice Bowl)

Ingredients:

  • Cooked rice
  • Vegetables (spinach, carrots, bean sprouts, zucchini)
  • Gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
  • Soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil
  • Fried egg
  • Optional: beef or tofu

Instructions:

  1. Saut├й vegetables with a little garlic and soy sauce.
  2. Arrange veggies on rice in a bowl.
  3. Top with a fried egg and a spoon of gochujang.
  4. Mix everything before eating!

ЁЯНЧ 2. Dakgangjeong (Crispy Korean Fried Chicken)

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken
  • Cornstarch
  • Soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger
  • Gochujang
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Coat chicken in cornstarch and fry until crispy.
  2. Make a sticky sauce with soy, honey, gochujang, garlic.
  3. Toss fried chicken in sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds.

Ingredients:

  • Napa cabbage
  • Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)

Instructions:

  2. Rinse and mix with chili paste made from gochugaru, garlic, ginger, and fish sauce.
  3. Pack into jars and ferment at room temperature for 2–3 days.

Ingredients:

  • Sweet potato noodles
  • Carrots, spinach, mushrooms, bell pepper
  • Soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic

  1. Cook noodles and set aside.
  2. Stir-fry vegetables and meat (if using).
  3. Mix everything with soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil.

Ingredients:

  • Aged kimchi
  • Tofu
  • Pork or tuna (optional)
  • Garlic, onion, gochugaru
  • Water or anchovy broth

Instructions:

  2. Add broth and bring to boil.
  3. Add tofu and simmer 15–20 minutes.
