Here are some popular and delicious vegetarian Korean recipes (Vej Korean recipes) that are full of flavor and easy to make:


ЁЯем 1. Bibimbap (Korean Mixed Rice Bowl)

Ingredients:

  • Steamed rice
  • Saut├йed spinach, bean sprouts, zucchini, mushrooms, carrots
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • Soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic
  • Fried egg (optional for vegetarians, skip for vegans)

How to Make:

  1. Prepare and saut├й each veggie separately with a bit of garlic and soy sauce.
  2. Place hot rice in a bowl, neatly arrange veggies on top.
  3. Add gochujang and a drizzle of sesame oil.
  4. Mix before eating.

Ingredients:
