🥜 Roasted Kaju Recipe (Pan / Air Fryer / Oven)
✅ Ingredients:
- Cashew nuts (kaju) – 1 cup
- Ghee or oil – 1 to 2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper or red chili powder – ¼ tsp (optional)
- Chaat masala – ¼ tsp (optional)
- Curry leaves – few (optional, for South Indian flavor)
🔹 Method 1: Pan Roasted
- Heat a non-stick pan or heavy-bottomed kadai on low-medium flame.
