- 4 slices whole wheat or white bread
- ½ cup grated cheese (mozzarella/cheddar or a mix)
- ¼ cup finely chopped veggies (carrot, capsicum, corn, onion, tomato – optional)
- 1 tbsp butter or ghee
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup or pizza sauce (optional)
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- Oregano or mixed herbs (optional)

Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, mix grated cheese, chopped veggies, a pinch of salt, pepper, and herbs. -
