Ingredients:
- Boneless fish – 250 g (e.g., kingfish, tuna, or basa)
- Boiled potato – 1 medium (mashed)
- Onion – 1 small (finely chopped)
- Green chilies – 1-2 (finely chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Red chili powder – ½ tsp
- Turmeric – ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Salt – to taste
- Bread crumbs – ½ cup (for coating)
- Egg – 1 (for dipping) or a slurry of maida + water
- Oil spray or brush

- Boil or steam the fish with a pinch of salt and turmeric.
