🌱 1. Vegetable Cutlet (Mixed Veg Cutlet)
Ingredients:
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1/2 cup boiled mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas)
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp cornflour or rice flour (for binding)
- Bread crumbs (for coating)
- Oil spray or brush
Instructions:
- Mash boiled potatoes and mix with all ingredients (except breadcrumbs).
- Shape into cutlets or patties.
- Roll in breadcrumbs for a crispy layer.
- Preheat air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes.
- Place cutlets in the basket, spray lightly with oil.
- Air fry at 180°C for 10–12 minutes, flip halfway.
🫘 2. Soya Cutlet (Protein-Rich)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup soya granules (boiled & squeezed)
- 1 boiled potato
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Spices: cumin powder, garam masala, chili powder, salt
- 2 tbsp oats or besan (for binding)
- Bread crumbs (for coating)
Method: Same as above. Make small cutlets and air fry for 12–15 mins at 180°C.
🧀 3. Paneer Cutlet
Ingredients:
- 1 cup grated paneer
- 1 boiled potato
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- Chopped coriander, chili, and spices
- Bread crumbs
Method: Mix, shape, coat, and air fry for 10 minutes. Flip and air fry for another 5 minutes.
🧆 Tips for Air Frying Cutlets:
- Preheat the air fryer for even cooking.
- Use minimal oil – just spray or brush.
- Flip halfway for crispness on both sides.
- Don’t overcrowd the basket.
