🥪 1. Cheesy Veggie Air Fryer Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 4 bread slices (whole wheat or white)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or processed)
  • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter

Instructions:

  1. Mix chopped veggies, cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place filling on the unbuttered side, cover with another slice (butter side out).
  4. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).

  • Chaat masala (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Spread butter and chutney on each bread slice.
  2. Layer with sliced potato, cucumber, tomato, and sprinkle chaat masala.
  3. Cover with another slice.
  4. Air fry at 180°C for 6-8 minutes or until crisp.
  5. Cut and serve hot.
