ЁЯУЭ Ingredients (for 10 pieces):
- 10 chicken lollipops (drumettes with bone exposed)
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
- 1 tbsp rice flour (for extra crispiness, optional)
- 1 egg (optional for coating)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala or chicken masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp curd or yogurt (optional for marination)
- 1 tbsp oil (for brushing or spraying)
ЁЯег Marination (30–60 mins):
- In a bowl, mix:
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Chili powder, turmeric, garam masala
- Lemon juice, curd, and salt
- Add chicken lollipops and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

- In another bowl, mix corn flour, maida, rice flour, and a pinch of salt.
- (Optional) Beat an egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip each marinated lollipop in egg (if using), then coat with flour mixture. Shake off excess.

- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 3-5 mins.
