- 1 cup cooked basmati rice (cooled)
- 1/4 cup carrots, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup beans, chopped
- 1/4 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 green chili, chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp oil or ghee
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- 1 bay leaf (optional)
- 1 small cinnamon stick, 2 cloves, 1 cardamom (optional whole spices)

Preheat Air Fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.
