Pressure Cooker : The King Of Kitchen

Pressure CookerDear Lady of the house,

In today's fast paced environment, time is equivalent to money and some of us depend on fast foods to save time on cooking. Pressure cookers can be very enhancing well-being and have great diversity for a busy person. Investing one is a long-term investment which can be used for years to come.
Healthy Foods, Cook Fast, Ecological Friendly, Safe and User Friendly and Outdoor use are some of the reasons truly conveyed the message that "Pressure Cooker - is the King of Kitchen"

Yeah! It is a foodie's delight. The pressure cooker needs no introduction not only to an Indian but also at every corner of the world household. Almost everyone owns one, but, if you do not or you are looking to buy a replacement, I have suggested 14 popular models available for cooking performance, durability and ease of use. Pick the Right Choice pressure cooker to ensure your meals are stress free and delicious.

Combining efficiency and practicality, there is almost no limit to what you can put into a pressure cooker - you can cook meats, seafood, beans and pulses as well as vegetables - and meals can be cooked in a fraction of the time it would take in a regular pot or pan.

Fresh vegetables can be steamed in less than two minutes and such slow-to-cook dishes as grizzles, meat dishes and whole grains take little time as well.

No doubt, pressure cookers significantly reduced cooking time and that is the most obvious thing that everyone must invest in it. Just keep in mind some times before you use pressure cooker:

Before use, check the cooker, lid and gasket (the ring of rubber that lines the lid of the cooker). It should be free of food particles.

After you put in the ingredients, always add water before you close the lid. The minimum amount is usually a cup, which is sufficient for approximately 20 minutes of cooking. If your recipe takes longer, you will need to add more water.

Make sure that the cooker is no more than two-thirds filled, since you will need some unused space to produce pressure. Foods such as beans and grains, which tend to swell as they cook, should only fill about half of the cooker.

Most cookers have two or more settings. Foods take different times to cook depending upon the setting used.
