We all love KFC because of the lovely and delicious quality of being beautiful and delicate in appearance we get to have in this popular fast-food joint. The full form of KFC is 'Kentucky Fried Chicken' and it is one of the largest fast-food chains on a worldwide level.
The founder of this joint was Harland Sanders. He started the first food joint in Louisville in U. S. Later this brand became more popular and many restaurants then came up in different locations.

Kentucky Fried chicken more popularly known as 'KFC' is more into chicken products and makes many dishes made out of chicken. These food items include fried chicken, chicken wraps and burgers and sandwiches. However, the fried chicken is really popular due to the amazing taste and unique recipe that is used by KFC. You will mostly find that people order chicken more than the other items on the menu.

What makes the KFC chicken so special is its blend of eleven herbs and spices. People have so much trouble copying the recipe because they either forget an herb or a spice, or do not put in the right amounts. In fact, you do not need any special equipment to cook the Kentucky Fried Chicken recipe. You need a deep-fryer or a pressure fryer if you want the crispy texture and moist chicken. Ingredients:

- 1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
- 3 cups water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon msg
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 (6 g) packages dry instant chicken broth (Do Not Use Canned)
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup flour

Method:

Cover chicken with mixture of water and salt. Chill in bowl for least 1 hour. Combine herbs, onion powder, seasoned salt, instant chicken broth, and pepper in a blender and mix well. Place this mixture in a bowl.

Add the flour to this bowl. Mix flour and seasonings well. Remove chicken from water, and dip it into the flour mixture coat well. Place coated pieces on a plate for 5 minutes. Pressure cooks 10 psi 10 minutes Note: Find the Fines Herbs if you can.
