Here are 5 delicious Paneer Veg recipes you can easily make in an Air Fryer:


1. Air Fryer Paneer Tikka

Ingredients:

  • 200g paneer cubes
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt, lemon juice
  • Diced capsicum, onion

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients (except veggies) to marinate paneer for 30 mins.
  2. Add veggies and mix well.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
  4. Place paneer and veggies on skewers or tray.
  5. Air fry at 180°C for 10-12 minutes, flipping once.

2. Air Fryer Paneer Pakora

Ingredients:

  • 200g paneer slices
  • 1 cup besan (gram flour)
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • Salt, turmeric, red chili
  • Water to make batter

Method:

  1. Make thick batter with besan and spices.
  2. Dip paneer in batter.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
  4. Place battered paneer pieces on greased tray.
  5. Air fry at 200°C for 8-10 mins till crispy.

3. Air Fryer Paneer Stuffed Capsicum

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium capsicums, halved
  • 150g grated paneer
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Spices: turmeric, garam masala, salt, chili
  • Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Mix paneer stuffing with spices and onion.
  2. Stuff halved capsicums with the mixture.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
  4. Place capsicum halves in the basket.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes till capsicums are soft and tops golden.

4. Air Fryer Paneer Rolls

Ingredients:

  • Paneer slices
  • Wheat or maida roti
  • Onion-tomato chutney
  • Chopped lettuce/cabbage

Method:

  1. Slightly roast rotis in a pan.
  2. Air fry paneer slices (seasoned) at 200°C for 6-8 mins.
  3. Spread chutney, place paneer and veggies, roll up.
  4. Optional: Air fry the whole roll for 3 mins for crisp finish.

5. Air Fryer Paneer Cutlet

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup crumbled paneer
  • 1 boiled potato
  • Chopped veggies (carrot, capsicum, peas)
  • Bread crumbs, spices, salt
  • Oil spray

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients and shape into cutlets.
  2. Coat lightly with bread crumbs.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
  4. Spray oil and air fry for 10-12 mins till golden
