HEART HEALTHY HOME FOOD

For a healthy heart, home-cooked food can be simple, tasty, and Indian-style. The main idea is to include more vegetables, whole grains, pulses, nuts and seeds, while keeping salt, sugar and deep-fried foods moderate.
