1. Lemon Mint Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup lemon juice (fresh)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 10-12 mint leaves
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • 2 cups chilled water or soda
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Blend lemon juice, sugar, mint leaves, and black salt.
  2. Strain and pour into glasses with ice.
  3. Top with chilled water or soda.
  4. Garnish with mint or lemon slice.

2. Aam Panna (Raw Mango Drink)

Ingredients:

  • 2 raw mangoes
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • Water and ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Boil or roast mangoes, peel and extract pulp.
  2. Blend pulp with sugar, cumin, black salt.
  3. Add water to adjust consistency.
  4. Serve chilled with ice.

3. Rose Sharbat

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp rose syrup
  • 1½ cups chilled milk or water
  • 1 tsp soaked sabja (basil) seeds (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Mix rose syrup with chilled milk or water.
  2. Add sabja seeds if using.
  3. Serve with ice cubes.

4. Cucumber Lime Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber (peeled, chopped)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Mint leaves
  • 1½ cups chilled water or soda

Instructions:

  1. Blend cucumber with lemon juice, honey, and mint.
  2. Strain and pour into a glass.
  3. Add chilled water/soda and ice.

5. Watermelon Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups watermelon cubes (seedless)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar or honey
  • Mint leaves
  • Soda or chilled water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Blend watermelon with lemon juice and sugar.
  2. Pour into glass with mint and ice.
  3. Top with soda and stir.
