Ingredients:

  • Paneer (cottage cheese) – 250 g (cut into cubes)
  • Capsicum (bell peppers) – 1 (cut into squares)
  • Onion – 1 (cut into squares or petals)
  • Thick curd (hung curd preferred) – 1/2 cup
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour (besan) – 1 tbsp (lightly roasted)
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade:

    • In a bowl, mix curd, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, roasted gram flour, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, salt, and oil.
  2. Marinate:

    • Add paneer cubes, onion, and capsicum into the marinade.
    • Coat well and let it rest for at least 30–60 minutes in the fridge.
  3. Skewer:

    • Thread the marinated paneer, onion, and capsicum onto skewers (alternating for good presentation).
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer:

    • Preheat to 180°C (350°F) for 3–5 minutes.
  5. Air Fry:

    • Place skewers or paneer pieces into the air fryer basket.
    • Cook at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
    • Shake or turn the skewers halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Optional:

    • Brush with melted butter or ghee for extra flavor.

ЁЯУЭ Ingredients (for 10 pieces):

  • 10 chicken lollipops (drumettes with bone exposed)
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 tbsp rice flour (for extra crispiness, optional)
  • 1 egg (optional for coating)
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala or chicken masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp curd or yogurt (optional for marination)
  • 1 tbsp oil (for brushing or spraying)

  1. In a bowl, mix:
    • Ginger-garlic paste
    • Chili powder, turmeric, garam masala
    • Lemon juice, curd, and salt
  2. Add chicken lollipops and coat well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  1. In another bowl, mix corn flour, maida, rice flour, and a pinch of salt.
  2. (Optional) Beat an egg in a separate bowl.
  3. Dip each marinated lollipop in egg (if using), then coat with flour mixture. Shake off excess.

  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 3-5 mins.
