Ingredients:
- Mushrooms – 200 grams (chopped)
- Onion – 1 medium (chopped)
- Garlic – 3-4 cloves (minced)
- Butter or oil – 1 tbsp
- All-purpose flour – 1 tbsp (optional, for thickness)
- Milk – 1 cup
- Fresh cream – ¼ cup (optional for extra creaminess)
- Water or vegetable stock – 1 cup
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Fresh coriander or parsley – for garnish
Instructions:

- Heat butter or oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onions and garlic. Saut├й until translucent.
- Add chopped mushrooms and cook for 5–7 minutes until they shrink and release moisture.
