Ingredients:
- Paneer (cottage cheese) – 250 g (cut into cubes)
- Capsicum (bell peppers) – 1 (cut into squares)
- Onion – 1 (cut into squares or petals)
- Thick curd (hung curd preferred) – 1/2 cup
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Gram flour (besan) – 1 tbsp (lightly roasted)
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Skewers (wooden or metal)

Prepare the Marinade:
- In a bowl, mix curd, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, roasted gram flour, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, salt, and oil.

- Add paneer cubes, onion, and capsicum into the marinade.
- Coat well and let it rest for at least 30–60 minutes in the fridge.
